ART EDUCATOR ROUND TABLE with Beverly Fishman, Artist-in-Residence and head of the MFA in Painting program at Cranbrook Art Academy in Michigan

There will be a panel of art educators with questions for Beverly on the importance of art education in today’s world, including Joyce Ogden of Spalding University, Hallie Jones, Ph.D. candidate at Indiana University, Bloomington, Martin Rollins, artist, and former professor at U of L and Cyndi Young, artist and teacher at Noe Middle School.

Join us for an open panel discussion with educators about the challenges and opportunities that face today’s fine art educators in the new millennium.

2011-2012 Endowed Scholarships

It’s now time to apply for the annual Spalding University Endowed Scholarships!

The Endowed Scholarship application deadline for academic year 2011-2012 is Friday April 1st, 2011 at 5pm. Please note: In order to be considered for an Endowed Scholarship, you must complete the 2011-2012 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) prior to the scholarship deadline of April 1st, 2011. The web address for filing your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is: fafsa.ed.gov.
