Spalding Portal and General Support
Students who need help accessing the portal, resetting a spalding password, using email, Web Advisor or Moodle may visit our Student Help Desk Site or call 1-866-604-5605 (extension 2398 on campus). Faculty and staff may visit the Staff Help Desk at (http://helpdesk.spalding.edu), call extension 2398 or email techsupport@spalding.edu.
 
Information Technology Staff

Ezra Krumhansl, Chief Information Officer.

Ezra supervises the University’s computing and telecommunications infrastructure. Ezra joined Spalding in September 2005 as Coordinating Director of Enrollment Management. Before coming to Spalding, Ezra was Director of Graduate Admissions at the School of Communication at American University in Washington, DC. He also worked as an undergraduate academic advisor to students in the College of Arts and Sciences.

Ezra received his BA in International Studies from the School of International Service at American University in 1998, and in 2005 he earned his MBA with an emphasis in Information Technology and Accounting from the Kogod School of Business at American University.

Fred Consigli, Systems Programmer/Assistant Director

Sally Spalding, Systems Programmer

Sally joined the University’s Information Technology team in August 2007 as a systems programmer, primarily focusing on Datatel issues and data integrity, data warehousing, and business reporting applications.  She began working at the University in March 2006 as a data processing specialist in Admissions, after spending 20+ years as a systems analyst and database administrator in the insurance, consumer service, inbound telemarketing, and manufacturing industries.

Sally received an AAS in Business Administration from McKendree University in 1993.

Dennis Tyler, Senior Network Administrator

Joining Spalding in April of 1995 as a PC Technician, Dennis handled all service calls and software support.  Promoted to Technical Support Analyst in 1998, Network Administrator in 2000 and Senior Network Administrator in 2001 to present.  In addition to handling the duties of networking, Dennis has supervised the IT Service Department since 2000.
