Spalding University has developed this privacy policy in order to demonstrate our commitment to safeguarding the privacy of those who utilize our Web sites.  Your right to privacy and data security is a primary concern.  We do not sell or rent the information you provide to us online to third parties.

E-Commerce Web Sites

Spalding University E-Commerce Web sites covered by this policy may request personal information from you in order to complete an e-commerce transaction, for example, your name, phone number(s), physical address, shipping address (if different), e-mail address, credit card number and expiration date. Other information may be collected at individual points of sale. Your information will be used only to execute the immediate transaction. For processing ecommerce payments Spalding will use third party vendors.  These vendors will encrypt your personal information and do not retain your information except for use in the processing of the transaction.  The vendors and links to the vendor privacy policies are listed at the end of this policy.   Otherwise, Spalding University will not provide any of your personal information to third parties without your permission.  Additionally, Spalding University will not sell any personal information to third parties for purposes of marketing, advertising or promotion. Spalding University may release account and other personal information when Spalding University believes release is appropriate to comply with law or to protect the rights, property or safety of Spalding University, our users or others.
