The business degree with a concentration in Human Resource Management (HRM) is designed to support the key competencies needed to manage human resources in organizations of all sizes. Our HRM program is fully aligned with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) curriculum standards to ensure you receive the most relevant skills and competencies for success in human resources.

Program of Study

The Bachelor of Science of Business Administration – Human Resource Management requires a total of 127 credit hours to complete, including:

University Studies – 55 credit hours
Business Core – 39 credit hours
Human Resource Management Concentration – 12 credit hours
Required Support Courses – 9 credit hours
General Electives – 9 credit hours
