I’m Frances Ann Ford. I have been with Spalding University for seven years full-time, and eight years before that as an adjunct faculty member. I teach Accounting in the day and the AAP programs. I have over 30 years of teaching experience; so, yes I have a great many experiences to bring to the classroom.
I graduated with a degree in Accounting from Bellarmine University and worked for one of the big eight (now the big four) accounting firms. But once I got the chance to teach a class, I knew that was my calling. I started teaching and never looked back. I truly love being in the classroom.
Outside of the classroom, my main job is being a grandmother to my two grandsons. I am learning a great deal about Thomas trains, and how to construct Lego sets. I can also be found curled up with a good mystery, if I am caught up on my Accounting reading.
