Clinic Dates: Aug. 2 and 3 or Aug. 4 and 5
Time: 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Course Fee: $425
Books: $85
TB Testing: $10
Uniforms: ALL white uniforms and ALL white leather shoes (no clogs). Name tags will be provided.
