Supervision Training for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA)

This training will be conducted in person to allow for active participation. The training is designed to use various methods to promote active participation, including: choral responding, role-play, group discussion, and the development of site specific performance expectations. Participants will be expected to identify and define skills that can be targeted during supervision at their site. Participants will then operationally define these behaviors and identify the most appropriate dimension to assess. From here, they will develop a performance tracking system that will be used to evaluate the effectiveness of their supervision. Participants will present their system to the group to allow the other participants to practice performance feedback skills. All participants will leave the training with performance measures and a data collection system that can be used to improve the effectiveness of supervision.
