Fundraising Campaign wins Grand Award at CASE Conference

Congratulations to Spalding University’s Office of Advancement.  Finnegan’s Tale/2012 Faculty and Staff Campaign was awarded the grand award in the category of Specific Project-Education Fundraising Projects at the 2012 CASE (Council for Advancement and Support of Education) Kentucky Annual Conference.  This award recognizes Spalding for having an outstanding Faculty and Staff Annual Campaign, highlighted by the Finnegan’s Tale videos and imagery.  The award also recognizes the increased participation and giving among faculty and staff, inspired by the innovative and offbeat campaign.

According to Lori Hagest (manager of annual giving) and Beth Henley (coordinator of donor relations and stewardship), they submitted the campaign into the conference awards competition because they wanted to show that Spalding is doing amazing things not only with its students but that its faculty and staff are also committed to the success of our students and of the university as a whole.
