Federal Student Loans
Tuition, housing and other expenses may be covered by federal student loans.
Federal loans for graduate school are available to most U. S. citizens (and eligible non-citizens) unless they have defaulted on previous student loans or have reached the lifetime limit (see www.fafsa.gov). Full-time Psy.D. students are usually eligible to borrow up to $138,500 per year.

The HRSA Grant grant funds at least 50 percent tuition scholarships to graduate students who are economically or educationally disadvantaged or for whom the cost of graduate school would represent a significant financial burden. Students selected to interview at Spalding will be able to complete a full application for the HRSA scholarship. A completed FAFSA is required to apply. Renewal of this grant is year-to-year depending upon congressional appropriations.
Applicants requesting to be considered for a graduate assistantship will complete the application during the interview process.
