Dr. Robin Hinkle
Director, Assistant Professor
Dr. Robin Hinkle is the director and assistant professor of the Master of Science in Business Communication (MSBC) program. In addition to teaching, Robin supervises day-to-day operations, including planning and implementing course curriculum for classroom and virtual environments, advising students, managing adjunct faculty and regulating program design and compliance with the university’s accrediting bodies. Dr. Hinkle previously served as an adjunct professor at the University of Louisville. Over the course of her career, Robin has acquired business, marketing, consulting and human resource experience with organizations including Humana, US Army Research Institute, SHPS, Inc. and ACS Healthcare Provider Solutions.
Dr. Michele Reiss
Teaching at both the undergraduate and graduate level, Dr. Michele Reiss has served as the Chair of the School of Business since 2005. Passionate about bringing real-world application to the classroom, Michelle’s diverse marketing expertise includes consumer behavior, the promotion of products and services utilizing both traditional and new technologies and the implementation of consumer research. Currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Jefferson County Public Schools BIT Partnership Council, Michelle also possesses private-sector experience as a market research analyst and has been published in journals including Psychology and Marketing, the Journal of Services Marketing and the Journal of Business Ethics.
Dr. Regina Martin
A passionate educator, Dr. Regina Martin serves as Assistant Professor, teaching business computer applications and accounting at both the graduate and undergraduate levels. Regina’s professional background includes working as a Systems Development Specialist and a Paralegal. Additionally, as a practicing CPA, Regina brings real-world application to the classroom. As a former Intelligence Operations Specialist with the Air National Guard, Regina maintains professional memberships with the Institute of Management Accountants, the Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts, and serves on a committee at the Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants.
David J. Hudson
David Hudson serves as Assistant Professor in the School of Business, and teaches numerous courses including Principles of Management, Management of Human Resources, Business Ethics, Integrative Strategic Management, Organizational Behavior, and Special Topics in Management (Strategic Decision Making, Entrepreneurial Strategies and the Global Dimensions of Business). In addition, David manages the School of Business internship program and serves as the Faculty Athletics Representative for Spalding’s NCAA D-III athletic program. A 20-year veteran of the U.S. Army, David also possesses significant experience in human resource management, sales, marketing and public relations.
Dishant Pandya brings an expansive resume to the business faculty. With degrees in Finance and Management as well as an MBA and Master’s in Economics, Dishant is well prepared for the classroom. In addition, Dishant will soon have completed his doctorate.
