Dr. Hope E. Jones, PhD, RN, CHSE, is Assistant Professor and Director of Undergraduate Nursing Programs at Spalding University, where she leads the BSN, Second‑Degree BSN, and RN‑BSN programs. She oversees curriculum development, accreditation processes, faculty support, and student success initiatives across all undergraduate pathways.
She holds a PhD in Nursing from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, with research focused on resilience in prelicensure nursing faculty, as well as MSN and BSN degrees from Bellarmine University. She is a Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator.
Dr. Jones previously held previous academic leadership roles directing clinical learning, simulation innovation, and faculty development across more than 20 campuses nationwide. She also serves on the Kentucky Board of Nursing in the Education Seat, contributing to statewide policy initiatives.
Dr. Jones’s research has been published in Nurse Educator and Issues in Mental Health Nursing, and she has presented nationally on simulation, faculty development, and interprofessional education.
