Build a welcoming, inclusive community as you enjoy downtown living on Spalding’s campus. Residence halls are where core memories are made, lifelong friendships are solidified, and your mind, body, and spirit are nurtured.

On-Campus Housing

First year and students age 23 and under are eligible to live in Spalding Suites, our on-campus residence hall, featuring suite-style floorplans with priviate bedrooms and bathrooms, along with a shared living space and fully equipped kitchens either in-suite or on a shared floor. Space is limited, and students are encouraged to apply early for on-campus housing.

Off-Campus Housing

Spalding University offers off-campus housing for upperclassmen and graduate students.

Spalding Flats: this fully furnished residence hall features a full kitchens, spacious living room, and on-site laundry facilities.

Living Learning Communities: Students in the Honors Scholars Program and Healthcare Programs should consider joining one of our new living learning communities at Treyton Oaks. Students interested in joining the Living Learning Communities should complete the housing application and the Living Learning Communities Interest from. Dining

You’ll have multiple dining options on campus—residential student room and board includes a basic meal plan with the option to upgrade, and commuter students may also purchase a meal plan by semester. The Dining Commons is open every day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and the campus Deli is open every afternoon and evening.
