Christy White graduated from Bellarmine University with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2013. She completed a Neurological Residency with Evidence in Motion and Frazier Rehabilitation Institute in 2016. Following completion of her residency, Dr. White became a board-certified neurologic clinical specialist in physical therapy. Dr. White has practiced at Frazier Rehabilitation Institute in Louisville, KY since 2013 primarily in a community based out-patient clinic. She served as a lead neurological therapist in the community-based facilities, providing mentorship for students and other clinicians. Dr. White held the role of Clinical Supervisor for 6 years. She has serves a wide variety of patient populations specializing in Stroke, Brain Injury, Vestibular, and Parkinson’s Disease. Dr. White has developed several continuing education courses including topics in Management and Treatment of Parkinson’s Disease and Understanding and Treating patients with Functional Neurologic Disorder. She has served as adjunct facility since 2016 at several universities, including South College and Tufts University Doctor of Physical Therapy Programs. She served as faculty and Assistant Director at NeuroRecovery Training Institute (formally part of Evidence in Motion) for 3 years. Dr. White is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, including the Kentucky Chapter.
