Direct Admissions
Direct Admissions
To streamline the admissions process and reduce barriers to entry, Spalding University offers direct admissions to qualifying students. With direct admissions, there are no fees, no essays, and no applications!
How Do I Know if I Qualify?
There are three criteria prospective student must meet to be eligible for direct admission to Spalding:
- You must have a weighted high school GPA of 2.0 or higher
- You must be a first-time, new freshman
- You must be a resident of the United States
If you meet the above criteria, simply fill out our direct admissions form and you’re in*!
If you don’t qualify, we encourage you to apply through our traditional admissions process. As with direct admissions, there are no fees to submit a traditional application.
*Acceptance is contingent upon submission of a high school transcript verifying your GPA.
Equal Opportunity
Spalding University is an equal-opportunity educational institution. Admission is open to all qualified applicants regardless of race, religion, color, gender, sexual orientation, age, national origin, or disability. Students, regardless of the instructional delivery format (face to face, hybrid, or online) of their proposed studies, follow the same admissions processes as outlined in the University Catalog.
