Ready to become a Golden Eagle? Take these important next steps:
Step 1: Confirm your enrollment at Spalding University
Your non-refundable $100 deposit secures your spot in the Class of 2025.
Submit your deposit
We recognize that students and their families may experience short-term or unexpected circumstances that create a financial hardship. Students in these situations are encouraged to complete an enrollment deposit waiver.
Step 2: Complete your housing application
Once you’ve made your enrollment deposit, you will need to complete your housing application. If you do not plan to live on campus, you must fill out a housing exemption form
before moving on to step 3.
Step 3: Activate your Spalding University email
Once your housing application or housing exemption form has been processed by Residence Life, you will receive an email to activate your Spalding email
. (The email will be sent 3 business days after you make your deposit to the email address that you used to apply to Spalding).
To set up your Spalding University email account, you need to reset your password (instructions to set/reset password) by providing your last name and university-issued ID number.
Activating your email will also grant you access to your new student portal, where you will register for BeSU Orientation and complete other steps in your enrollment.
Step 4: Choose your beSU Orientation date
Once you’ve completed the steps above, you can log in to your student portal
and sign up for one of our virtual beSU Orientation dates: June 11, June 17, June 25 and July 9 from 2-5:30pm. At virtual beSU Orientation, you will finalize your class schedule, connect with your first-year experience leader, meet with our financial aid and campus life teams and attend a break-out session of your choice.
Other items to prepare for fall:
Review your financial aid package
Provided we have your completed FAFSA (filed at www.fafsa.gov using Spalding’s school code 001960), you will receive a financial aid package in the mail from Spalding as early as January 2021. Take a good look at the scholarships, grants and loans you’re qualified to receive. You can accept or adjust the amount you are awarded.
